It’s the excitement from the participants and the increased number of people participating!!!!
My favs from Saturday are the Habitat homes, Anchorage Building Company’s home in Pittsboro for architect Grimsley Hobbs and Alfermann Construction’s Chapel Hill home.
Why Habitat homes? It proves that green is affordable!!!! These System Vision homes hover around 1,00 sf and have a guaranteed utility bill of $30. Yes, you read that correctly.
